Team
The section Team allows you to apply settings specific for a new Team.
Channels
To add a pre-defined channel to the new Team, click the Add a channel button under Channels. For each channel enter a name in the text field under Title. You can use the delete button to remove channels and you can use the up and down arrow buttons to move channels up or down.
For each channel, choose the channel type from the drop-down list under the title. In the default setting, EasyLife will provision a standard channel. If you want to provision a private or shared channel instead, select Private or Shared.
To add tabs to a channel, click the Configure Tabs button and then click Add a tab. For each tab enter a name in the text field under Tab title and select a type from the drop-down list under Tab type. If you provision a OneNote or Planner in the same provisioning action, you can link to those items here by selecting OneNote or Planner as tab type. Additionally, you can also configure the following tab types:
- PDF file
- Word file
- Excel File
- PowerPoint file
- SharePoint library
- Channel Calendar
- External website
To add tabs to the General channel, first add a channel with the title General.
Extensibility
To send a request to an URL once the Team action is finished, enter the URL of the webhook in the text field under Webhook.
