General Settings

You can navigate to the EasyLife 365 Admin Insiders under General Settings offers an overview of the status and configuration of EasyLife 365 Identity Insiders, presented through a series of information cards.

License Information​

Your current license details are displayed in the first card. Some advanced features of EasyLife 365 Identity Insiders require a Professional or Enterprise license. Depending on your subscription plan, certain features may be unavailable. For more details, see Licensing.

Permission Status​

The next card displays the status of the permissions required for EasyLife 365 Identity Insiders to function properly. These permissions enable the app to:

  • Analyze resources within Entra ID
  • Send alerts when credentials are nearing expiration

If permissions change due to product updates or misconfiguration in the Entra ID portal, the Update permissions button allows you to reconfigure them correctly.

Microsoft Teams Integration​

EasyLife 365 Identity Insiders integrates with Microsoft Teams. The Teams App card provides:

  • A button to download the Teams app
  • Useful links to guides on managing Teams apps and policies

Customization Settings​

The final card provides a shortcut to the Settings section, where you can customize the behavior of specific EasyLife 365 Identity Insiders features.
