Planner

The Planner section allows you to provision a Microsoft Planner plan for a Team or Group as part of a provisioning action.

Buckets​

To define task structure within the Planner, click the Add bucket button under Buckets.
For each bucket:

  • Enter a name in the Title field.
  • Use the delete button to remove a bucket.
  • Use the up/down arrows to reorder buckets as needed.

Categories​

You can define up to 25 pre-set categories for the Planner.
To add a category, enter it in one of the text fields under Categories.

Naming​

By default, the Planner is provisioned with the same name as the associated Team or Group.
To assign a custom name:

  • Uncheck the Use Group Title box.
  • Enter a custom name in the Title field.
  • You may use placeholders to dynamically generate the Planner name.

Extensibility​

To trigger an external process after the Planner action completes:

  • Enter the webhook URL in the Webhook field.
    A POST request will be sent once provisioning is finished.
